Lee Rowley MP visited local school, Mount St Mary's in Spinkhill, today to find out more about everything going on at the moment.
As North East Derbyshire's MP, Lee covers a number of secondary schools including Dronfield, Eckington, Netherthorpe, Tupton and Mount St Mary's. Many students living in the constituency also go to nearby schools including Brookfield, St. Mary's and Chesterfield College, amongst others. Lee visited Mount St Mary's today to hear about all the work they are doing for local and international students - and how they are preparing for their 175th anniversary.
"Thanks to Dr. Cuddihy and everyone at The Mount for welcoming me today," said Lee. "It was great to find out more about what they are doing and to see all the great work going into their anniversary year. I look forward to supporting The Mount, and all of the schools in the constituency, over the coming months and years."
