Welcome to my survey on leasehold and service management charges on new estates in North East Derbyshire.
Over recent months, more and more residents have been raising concerns with regards to new estates and leasehold arrangements across the constituency. The Government is in the middle of a significant programme of reform to improve the situation but, in the meantime, I am keen to understand the extent of the issue in the constituency.
