Continuing his visits across the constituency, Lee was pleased to be able to drop into a local pub, The Bull's Head, in Holymoorside on Thursday with local Councillor, Martin Thacker.
The pub, which re-opened under new management last year after a period of closure, is one of a couple of pubs in the village which are at the centre of local life. Landlord Mark and Enterprise Inns, which also help run the pub, were able to show off all the work they have done in the past few months to return a famous local institution to the heart of the local community.
"It was great to be able to visit The Bull's Head and to see how it is going from strength to strength," said Lee. "The guys running the pub are doing fantastic work and it was great to hear about all of their plans. I also managed to try my hand at pulling a pint for the first time ever (badly)!"
