Meeting Staveley residents with Rupert Matthew MEP

Lee Rowley MP was joined by one of our East Midlands MEPs today when he spoke with local residents in Staveley.

Rupert Matthews, the new MEP for the East Midlands, joined Lee knocking on doors and finding out more about local issues near Netherthorpe School.

"Thanks to all the residents we were able to speak to today," said Lee.  "It was really useful for both myself and Rupert to listen to the concerns and views of Staveley residents - I'll certainly be taking them back to Westminster and I know Rupert will be doing the same to Brussels and Strasbourg, particularly as we continue to progress with Brexit."
