Hundreds of local residents turned out on a cold December Friday evening for the annual switch-on of the Dronfield Christmas lights.
The switch-on by the town mayor, Cllr Liz Blanshard, was accompanied by a fantastic service and carol singing led by a local school.
Lee, who was busy before the service delivering leaflets on Dronfield fire station, then joined local residents and councillors to watch the switch-on and take part in the carol singing. Lee said: "It was a great evening, despite being freezing! It's times like these that show the fantastic community spirit in our area!"
