Killamarsh: We want to hear from you!

We've managed to secure funding from the Government to look at the possibility of re-opening the Barrow Hill freight line to passenger traffic - fifty years after stations in Killamarsh, Eckington, Barrow Hill / Staveley and Whittington closed.  This is a really exciting opportunity to see if our area can make a strong case for more infrastructure and for improved public transport.  There's a long way to go but, if we can make that strong case and convince the Government, we could see trains return to our northern villages and towns in the coming years.

To do that, we need your help!  At this early stage, we want to hear your views on what this would means for residents of Killamarsh. Please take a few minutes to complete our survey.
